In a large saucepan combine sugar, cornstarch, and cinnamon. Stir in fruit and lemon juice, tossing until evenly coated. 2. Bring to a boil 1 minute transfer to 13 x 9" pan. Keep warm in 250 degree oven. 3. To Make Topping: Combine all ingredients except evaporated milk until crumb texture forms then add milk. 4. Heat oven to 400 degrees. 5. Remove peach filling from oven and drop dough onto peaches. 6. Return cobbler to oven and bake 30 minutes. 7. Cool and dust with brown sugar. 8. Mix heavy cream in very cold mixing bowl on medium, add sugar and whip on high until thickened. 9. Dollop a big serving of whipped cream onto the cobbler and enjoy.
